1. Cancellation Charges

Time Before Departure	Cancellation Charge
15+ days	Advance amount only
7–14 days	50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days	100% of total package cost

2. No-Shows

Travelers who do not show up at the departure point without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Rescheduling

One free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 7 days before departure, subject to hotel and transport availability.

4. Force Majeure

In case of cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, we will work with vendors to offer the best possible resolution — rescheduling where possible, or a partial refund where not.
